In anticipation of my patio container garden; I have been searching for suitable containers. I would like to find some of these tubs locally; as I can only imagine what the shipping costs will be.

Look at Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. but I'm not sure they'll have them this time of year. They might, though, and they might be marked down. Wooohoo! You might try Freecycle, too, for free ones.
Just remember that metal containers hold heat in and can really cause soil to dry out so make sure you check soil moisture often.
